The Association for Language Learning is the UK's major subject association for teachers of foreign languages at all levels. ALL organises Language World, the UK's leading annual conference for the language teaching profession, and publishes several journals for language teaching professionals, including The Language Learning Journal (LLJ). LLJ is an international, peer-reviewed journal that is intended for an international readership, including foreign language teachers, language teacher educators, researchers and policy makers. Expertise & ExperienceALL is the primary source of information and advice on policy and practice for all teachers of modern languages and for other groups with a professional interest in language teaching. ALL has extensive national and international links and wide experience of working with other partners in major projects. ALL is one of the national lead partners in the UK's Links into Languages project, which is concerned with the professional development of language teachers. Colleagues from ALL were also participants in the award-winning ALLEGRO project. |
