EuroEd Foundation is a non-profit organisation located in Iasi, Romania and is the most important non-governmental educational organisation in North Eastern Romania. EuroEd Foundation is accredited by the Ministry of Education and Research and is part of the national education system, within the section Life Long Learning.

EuroEd is a founder member of QUEST (The Romanian Association for Quality Language Services), which is an associate member of EAQUALS (The European Association for Quality Language Services).
