A key feature of the knowledge and expertise developed over the duration of VIVACE has been our attention to the sustainability of the project outcomes beyond the period of project funding.  We have been keen to ensure that the work undertaken through ALLEGRO and VIVACE continues to make an impact.  In particular, we wish to emphasise that the model of language learning and awareness experience we have developed though VIVACE is low-cost, easy to replicate in many different contexts and, above all, successful, enriching and empowering for all parties concerned – learners, social care providers and tutors and trainers.  This website offers detailed information and advice, based on real and substantial experience, of the possibilities and benefits of bringing language learning opportunities to disadvantaged, excluded and marginalised groups, wherever they may be located.  Please make full use of it to make language learning accessible to everyone, whatever their background and circumstances.
